The Thriving Mind South Florida Fiscal Division is responsible for budgeting, funding allocations, accounts payable, invoice processing, and general accounting. Provider invoices are due by the 8th of the following month unless the date falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case extensions will be communicated through the Contract Management staff.
