Delia Keen, Thriving Mind’s Peer Support Specialist, and Derek S. Moore, Thriving Mind’s Peer Services Manager, participated in FIU’s online Psych Jam event this week.

The goal was to help break the stigma of mental health and substance use disorders by telling recovery stories. They were joined by Brian Sims, Program Director/Peer Supervisor at Miami Recovery Project, one of Thriving Mind’s network providers. They also talked about how and where to find help in the community.
