Paul Imbrone has been named chair of the board of directors for Thriving Mind South Florida (Contracting as South Florida Behavioral Health Network, Inc.)
Mr. Imbrone has served on the board for two years, most recently as chair elect.
“Paul has extensive experience advocating for people in our community, particularly in the area of homelessness and housing, and I am eager to work with him in his new role as chair of our board,” said John W. Newcomer, M.D., CEO and President of Thriving Mind.

For four decades, Mr. Imbrone worked for Macy’s Inc., retiring as vice president for government and public affairs.
Mr. Imbrone is a dedicated community leader, advocating for individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health disorders. He directs the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust RentConnect program and is also chair of the United Way Miami-Dade, Public Policy Committee.
