Join Our Network
Opportunities for Providers to Join Our Network! Are you a provider interested in partnering with Thriving Mind South Florida to serve our community? We are always seeking qualified organizations to expand our network. Click here to learn more about how to express your interest and our current process.
Disclaimer: Current state funding for new provider contracts is limited and may not be immediately available.
We are committed to a clear and transparent process for bringing new providers into our network. Please review the steps below. Please note that acceptance into our network is contingent upon available funding, alignment with identified service needs (including those identified by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) or any other funder) in Miami-Dade and/or Monroe counties, successful completion of our credentialing process, and a history of acceptable performance.
Step 1: Express Your Interest
Submit your “Provider Expression of Interest” form via our website. This form helps us understand your services and capabilities, referencing Rule 65E-14 Florida Administrative Code.
Please be aware that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation to apply.
Step 2: Needs and Funding Review
Our team regularly reviews submitted expressions of interest against our community’s identified service needs (as determined by our needs assessments, the DCF, or any other funder) and the availability of state funding. We prioritize providers who can offer services identified as not established in the region or other identified priorities.
Step 3: Full Credentialing
Following our assessment of submitted expression of interest and/or internal review of current contracted providers, and a determination that your organization’s services align with our current needs and funding is available, you will proceed to a comprehensive credentialing process. This stage signifies that your organization has been identified as a strong candidate to potentially join the Thriving Mind network.
This stage involves a thorough credentialing process to verify your qualifications, licenses, certifications, insurance, background, and adherence to all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to 65D-30 Florida Administrative Code, Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) regulations, other applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and operating procedures. This includes verification of Level 2 Background Screening compliance for all required personnel. Providers must also affirm they have no prior unacceptable performance issues or terminations with other entities. Our review also assesses the organizational and financial capacity, infrastructure, and proven service experience to ensure they can sustain quality service delivery. This phase will include a site visit to assess initial capabilities.
Please be aware that undergoing and successfully completing the credentialing phase does not guarantee a contract. To ensure we select the most suitable partners for our network, multiple qualified providers may undergo credentialing, and the final decision will be based on overall alignment with our needs, demonstrated capacity, and competitive considerations.
Upon successful completion of this rigorous credentialing process, and a final determination that your organization is the most suitable provider to meet the service needs you will proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Contract Negotiation & Execution
Upon successful completion of credentialing, and following final selection, a contract will be negotiated and executed, outlining the terms of our partnership.
Step 5: Provider Orientation & Training
New providers will participate in a mandatory orientation and any required training specific to our network’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to service delivery protocols, billing procedures, and reporting requirements.
Step 6: Network Participation & Ongoing Compliance
Once onboarded, providers become an active part of our network and are subject to ongoing monitoring and compliance with all contractual obligations, performance standards, and regulatory requirements. This continuous oversight ensures sustained quality of care and adherence to the highest standards.
