Stephanie Feldman is responsible for leading the contract lifecycle for network partners, serving as the primary liaison for negotiations and providing technical assistance to ensure long-term administrative health and contract compliance while additionally overseeing a portfolio of direct service contracts, MOUs, consulting agreements, data sharing agreements. She is also responsible for managing the competitive procurement framework and the new provider (Expression of Interest) process.
