Ms. Solano is a Healthcare–Housing Continuum Executive with more than 28 years of experience developing and operating stabilization systems across healthcare, behavioral health, supportive housing, assisted living, and community-based care environments. Founder and systems-oriented leader recognized for integrating healthcare transitions, behavioral health coordination, hospital discharge stabilization, supportive housing systems, and wraparound services serving vulnerable populations. Extensive experience collaborating across public–private systems including hospitals, aging services, behavioral health systems, supportive housing organizations, managed care environments, assisted living systems, and community stabilization initiatives. Currently serves as Chair of the Miami Chapter of the Florida Assisted Living Association and participates in statewide policy, legislative, behavioral health, and aging-related initiatives impacting vulnerable populations across Florida
