Peer Services Specialist
Esther Serrano, CRPS-A is a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist with more than a decade of professional and lived experience in recovery. She has supported diverse communities through peer services, advocacy, and housing navigation, helping individuals overcome barriers to mental health care, substance use treatment, and stable housing. Esther is dedicated to using her lived experience to empower others on their path to wellness and long-term recovery.
