Passageway’s Mental Health Fair was a celebration of resilience, connection, and the shared commitment to uplifting the community. Thriving Mind’s dedicated staff, including Peer Services Manager Derek Moore and Peer Specialist Esther Serrano, were in attendance alongside numerous providers such as Miami Recovery Project, New Hope Corps, Fresh Start of Miami-Dade, Douglas Gardens, and South Florida Wellness Network. Despite the rain, the event fostered a spirit of unity, with attendees coming together to support one another’s missions in promoting wellness. The fair was filled with engaging conversations, networking opportunities, and a vibrant atmosphere marked by great food, music, and games. It was a testament to the power of community and the importance of accessible mental health resources for all.
